In this free trial session, we will discuss your learning needs, and you will get the first impression of your lessons with me. I am looking forward to supporting you on your language learning journey! This free offer is non-binding and available once per customer.

Cancellation Policy

The lesson fee is due before the lesson start date and time. You must cancel or reschedule a lesson at least 24 hours before the lesson start date and time. A lesson cannot be refunded if it is cancelled or rescheduled less than 24 hours before the lesson start date and time, and the lesson fee is due in full. For lessons cancelled more than 24 hours in advance a full refund will be issued. A lesson can be cancelled or rescheduled either in your member account on this website or via email to info@yournewlanguage.co.uk. This policy applies to lessons booked as a single lesson and to lessons booked as a part of a Lesson Package.
